Please read below about the different types of registration available and choose the registration type that corresponds to your situation. If you have any questions, please contact the LOC (tinoco@illinois.edu) for further clarification.

Full Registration Includes:
• Access to and participation in the Conference
• Lunch and coffee breaks (Monday-Thursday)
• Ice break event on Monday
• Conference Dinner on Wednesday
• Field trip to Starved Rock State Park on Thursday
• Book of abstracts (choice of PDF-only or printed version)

1We encourage all presenters to attend in-person to this year conference. We recognize that traveling is not always possible, so we will provide an alternative for presenters who won’t be able to participate in person, to present their work through Zoom webinar tools. Registration will include participation and access to all online sessions, and a digital copy of the Book of Abstracts. BEFORE choosing this option, please contact the LOC (tinoco@illinois.edu) to receive a code, which you will need to get the reduced rate for online presenters.

For those NOT presenting at the conference:

2An accompanying person/guest is an adult (+18) family member or significant other of registered participants, who is not working in a science related occupation or field. Colleagues, associates, or students working in related fields are not eligible to attend the conference as an accompanying person. Registration as an Accompanying person includes entrance to Monday Ice breaker, Wednesday Dinner, and Thursday Field Trip.
3Limited to those NOT presenting at the conference. Links for Zoom webinars will be emailed daily. Questions can be asked using the Webinar’s Chat tools. Registration includes online access to each oral session and a PDF copy of the book of abstracts. Authors presenting at the conference need to register as ONLINE PRESENTERS for their work to be included in the program.

Cancellation policy
Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the LOC before September 8th . The cancellation fee is $50.
Cancellations after September 8th and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that their contributions to online sessions will be live-streamed and may be recorded and made available for registered participants. If you do not wish your talk be recorded, please notify the LOC in advance.
